Creating/adding/changing/deleting an email address
This guide explains how to create, change, or delete an email address. It also explains how to order additional addresses if a Mail hosting has reached its quota of email accounts.
- open the admin console (https://login.infomaniak.com)
- go to Mail Hosting
- click on the domain name in question
Under Email addresses, you can:
- add an email address or order additional email addresses*: click on the blue Add email address button
- delete an email address: select the address to be deleted using the corresponding check box and click the grey delete button
- change an email address (password, auto-response, signatures, redirects, filters, IMAP folder configurations, etc.): click on the address to be changed and go to the relevant tab
* Editing an offer automatically extends the length of the contract depending on the invoicing schedule chosen (monthly, yearly, quarterly).
