Why doesn't an SMS sent via my account Webmail arrive with the number I have indicated as the sender, despite being properly certified?
When the Webmail sends an SMS with a recipient chosen by you, this clearly indicates your number as the sender.
The problem is that most phone companies see this as SMS forging/spam and don't deliver the SMS.
When the Webmail is notified of this failure, it will then retry sending, this time without a sender so that the recipient will receive the SMS.
Unfortunately, this behavior cannot be changed, which is why we recommend you send your SMS without specifying the sender and enter your name in the content of the message.
Note that when the SMS needs to be resent, it is counted as a second SMS.
