Mail hosting: modifying the rights/permissions for an Infomaniak email address
Thank you for managing your email with Infomaniak! This guide explains how to modify the permissions of an email address so that the user can manage more or fewer elements via their WorkSpace account. You can determine whether they can manage:
- their email address password
- the auto reply
- signatures
- redirections
- aliases
- filters
- the configuration of IMAP folders
- recovering deleted email
Modifying permissions for an email address
- Open the manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to Mail Hosting
- Click the mail hosting/domain name concerned
- Under Email addresses, click the address concerned
- Click the WorkSpace tab (if the display is reduced, the tabs are available in the form of a drop-down menu by clicking first on General)
- Click the
icon to the right of the name of the WorkSpace user in order to manage their rights
- Enter the email address password if necessary
- Tick or untick the rights you require and save
