Forward received emails to a recipient
This guide explains how to send one or more emails that you have already received, either by adding them directly into the body of the message or as an attachment (this allows you to forward the entire message with its headers, not just its content).

Here's how:
- Log in to Mail Infomaniak (mail.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox.
- Open the message you want to forward.
- Click on the Forward icon in the upper right corner of your message.
By default, the original email will be quoted directly in the body of the email:
Configuring Mail for Forwarding Method
You can configure Mail to always forward an email as an attachment and not quoted in the body of the message. To set this up:

- Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the interface.
- Click on General.
- Select the desired option ("As an attachment") for "Forward mails:" (under the Sending section).
- Click the blue Save button.
From now on, the original email will be attached as a file to the email:
Forwarding Multiple Messages at Once
In Mail Infomaniak, you can select up to 5 messages in your inbox to forward to your correspondents using the action menu â‹® at the top of your inbox:
Regardless of the forwarding method configured in the settings (body of the message or attachment – read above), if you forward between 2 and 5 messages, they will be automatically attached as files to a new email.
