[MYSQL LOGS / SLOWLOGS] Help and explanations
The MySQL slowlog is enabled on all MySQL servers. This contains a log of any requests taking longer than 5 seconds to execute. If requests are properly constructed, you will never see these logs! Please check them as often as possible to correct any potential errors and thus ensure that your site is working properly over time, and that it is making fair use of resources out of respect for other users sharing our infrastructure.
Actions to be carried out
Log into your FTP space
Move up one level above /web
Go into the /logs directory
Any potential *.log files can be viewed directly from the FTP file manager
We do not produce MySQL logs (except slowlogs) simply because the MySQL servers would simply never keep up with logging millions of requests simultaneously. Please feel free to contact us and we can enable MySQL logs for 5 minutes, allowing you to run EXPLAIN on them, e.g. to identify any indexes that could be worth adding etc.
