What does the staff management correspond to in the box office tool?
To make it easier for festival and other event organizers, Infomaniak has created a staff management tool also designed to fit simply onto your web page, available with the box office.
Each Organizer can now offer its customers the chance to join their circle of volunteers to organize their event(s). Simple and quick registration using the detailed and customized form.
Once registered, you can completely manage your teams flexibly, communicate with them constantly and rely on them for your event(s).
Establishment of staff management on the Organizer side:
In a short time you can:
- Create sectors, sub-sectors and assign, remove or determine numbers
- Manage access rights to sectors and sub-sectors for authorized users
- Customize badges, assign and change photos
- Customize registration forms, validations, and General Terms
- HTML – IFrame integration
- Check the distribution of badges and Print them
-Mass Emailing, individual, grouped or reminders to staff
- Be notified of new registrations and profile changes
- View archived periods, import and export data
Operating principle for your staff:
Your volunteers can easily sign up on your site by filling out your customized form.
Once registered, volunteers will receive a registration confirmation by email; Validation message and registration confirmation.
Badges printed using a printer provided by Infomaniak Entertainment SA will be issues to volunteers at the event venue by the sector managers.
