Accreditation: staff management
To make the task easier for organizers of festivals and other events, Infomaniak has created a staff management tool that is designed to fit simply onto your Web page, available with the box office.
Each organizer can now offer their customers the chance to join their circle of volunteers to organize their event(s). Registration is simple and quick using the detailed and customized form.
Once registered, you can completely manage your teams flexibly, communicate with them constantly and rely on them for your event(s).
Set up staff management on the Organizer side
In a short time you can:
- Create sectors and subsectors and assign, remove or determine staff numbers
- Manage access rights to sectors and subsectors for authorized users
- Customize badges, assign and change photos
- Customize registration forms, validations and General Terms
- HTML – IFrame integration
- Check the distribution of badges and print them

Operating principle for your staff:
Your volunteers can easily sign up on your site by filling in your customized form.
Once registered, volunteers will receive an email with registration confirmation and a validation message.
Badges printed using a printer provided by Infomaniak will be issued to volunteers at the event venue by the sector managers.
