Actions to be carried out
Log into your control panel
Go to E-mail -> Manage e-mail
Click on Spam Filter in the row for the account in question.
Log into your Webmail
Go to the menu that appears beneath your username
Click on E-mail settings
Go to Security -> Manage Whitelist
The whitelist only applies to the original recipient of each message. If the message is sent to email@example.com but this is then redirected to def@domain. xyz, the spam filter and whitelist must be set up on the abc address.
The whitelist's counterpart (blacklist) is also available from your Webmail.
