Mail error "relay not authorized"
This guide explains how to resolve the error "The recipient abc@domain.xyz was rejected by the server because the relay is not authorized" which can occur in the event that your email address would not be configured correctly in your email client.
How to solve the error?
From an Apple product (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
The easiest way is to delete the email account in question and use our synchronization tool to reinstall it.

Then reinstall your email with a synchronization profile, accessible from https://config .infomaniak.com/
