More information
The specific version of PHP currently installed on a server is given on the phpinfo page for your hosting account or IMU server.
We strongly advise you to test your entire site on your own machine before requesting migration to a different platform (the Apache web server can be downloaded free from http://www.apache.org, PHP is available at http://www.php.net for versions 4 and 5).
PHP platform migration may take a few days to be processed but will only involve your site being down for a very brief time, subject to your site being compatible with PHP 5.x (from a few minutes to one hour depending on the volume of data to be transferred). Provided your request is not currently being processed by us, you may change your mind and cancel a request by returning to this page. E-mails will be sent to you before and after migration so that you can track the progress of operations with complete transparency.
