Manager: creating/adding a new user to a client account
This guide explains how to add a user to a client account.
Creating a new user
- open the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
- log in with a user who has sufficient rights
- click on Users
- click on Invite a user
- follow the wizard to finish the process
- If the user added does not yet have a client account with Infomaniak, they will be invited to create one.
- If the user added already has an Infomaniak account, they will be able to toggle from their original account to the new account with the help of a drop-down menu located on the upper left of the Manager (by clicking on the account name).
