Meaning of Postfinance / Yellownet error numbers
Error 549 occurs when the account doesn't have the authorization to make payments over the Internet.
Error 401 occurs when you didn't click on the "client with user identification" link below the "Password" box to enter your client name.
The error message you encounter when paying with PostFinance (Yellownet) is issued by the Post and you are entirely on their website during this transaction.You are using the Post's payment system and so the first thing to do is to contact the PostFinance Support staff, using the contact information shown in your documents, and inform them of the exact time and date of the transaction. If the agent sends you back to Infomaniak, please ask him for his name so as to pass the details on to us.
